About Us

The Alexander Hamilton Friends Association, or simply Hamilton Friends, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of Washington in 2004.

To identify young Americans who, like the young Alexander Hamilton, demonstrate leadership abilities, academic excellence, a passion for public service and financial need– and, through practical training programs, internship experiences and financial assistance, help them reach their highest personal and career goals.

Hamilton Friends serves students ranging from high school juniors to college seniors.  Initially our students are nominated by their high school principals and school counselors.  They are from all across the United States, and come from diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to help these students manage their transition from high school to college and from college to the workplace by offering professional mentors, peer support, internships, educational programs, and assistance in finding scholarships. We believe that with these programs to support them, our students will leave college with a well rounded skill set that will allow them to get a job representing a true first step toward achieving high personal and career goals.

We believe by feeding the dreams of our communities' brightest stars and giving them the tools they need to succeed, we will create leaders who are prepared to make a meaningful contribution to American Society.

Take this opportunity now to donate and invest in America's young people. If you have additional questions please contact us at (206) 774-0764 or by email at info@hamiltonfriends.org.
